Message	that there is no trans (for little $$$) that is setup to be located in the mid position. You could ude a Porsche transaxle with an adaptor but then again it's $$$. The whole point to the La Bala is a cost-effective racer for the street. Cars should be able to be built for under $20K with body and drivetrain. That's a small price for an Elise killer. ;)
